Shipping & Tax Information


Orders ship from our warehouse in Eugene, Oregon. We ship orders Monday through Friday, unless our warehouse is closed for a U.S. holiday.

Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Extra charges may apply for large or duplicate items (such as two baskets that do not fit inside one another). If this is the case, we will contact you with more information about additional shipping costs after you place your order.

Some oversized items, such as oil drum sculptures, are shipped on pallets. We will contact you with further details should your order require palletized shipping. Most orders are shipped using UPS Standard Shipping from our warehouse in Oregon and arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not offer international shipping via our website and apologize for any inconvenience. However, you can email us at to request an international shipping quote. Please include the items you wish to purchase as well as your full shipping address, so we can create an accurate quote for you.

For expedited shipping or for a shipping quote to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us at with the product you wish to buy, along with your zip code.

Palletized Shipping: Shipping for oil drum sculptures starts at $200. We only charge the actual shipping costs and do not charge for "handling" on our end. If shipping costs less than $200, we will charge you less.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the items are in like-new condition. We do not pay for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of shipping the new items. Please email us at to arrange your exchange. Once we receive the returned items, we will ship the replacement items or issue an equal-value gift card, as arranged with you via email.

Note: Our most common reason for an exchange is that a basket is too large, so please double check the measurements for your space before ordering. Email us at at any time during the ordering process if you have questions about the dimensions of an item.

Lost packages are not our responsibility once they leave our warehouse. If you live in a high theft/urban area, please contact us at to request shipping with signature required.

If your package is damaged in transit, contact us so that we can send you a replacement. Please include a photo.



We do not charge any sales tax. We are based in Oregon, a sales-tax-free state.
