Kenyan artisans portray praying angels in soft, pale natural Kisii stone. The light-colored stone will vary in appearance, as it is natural & undyed. A beautiful addition to year-round or holiday decor, since each angel is carefully hand carved by rural artisans, each will vary slightly.

Soapstone is mined in Kisii county in southwestern Kenya. We work with three different artisan groups in and around Nairobi who carve, polish and paint the stone to create beautiful pieces.
