If you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you receive from our website, we will accept returned merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return.
Once we have received the return, a full refund of the product cost, minus shipping, will be applied to your credit card. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded. We will send you a confirmation email once the returned merchandise has been received at our warehouse.
For items purchased at our physical store at the Fifth Street Market in Eugene, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for exchange OR store credit (excludes clearance items). Items must be in the original packaging and in like new, unused condition.
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the items are in like new condition. We do not pay for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of shipping the new items. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange your exchange. Once the returned items are received, we will ship the new items.
Note: Our most common reason for an exchange is that a basket is too large, so please double check the measurements for your space before ordering.
NOTICE OF HANDMADE VARIATION
All of our items are handmade, and slight variations from the item pictured will occur. Please keep in mind the unique nature of your purchase when evaluating a product for a return or exchange; for example, we do not consider slight variations in color and pattern valid reasons for returns.
