Yoga Giraffe Wooden Ornament

This playful ornament, portraying a giraffe in lotus pose, is hand-carved from jacaranda wood by Kenyan wood carvers. The attached string makes it easy to hang this unique ornament on the holiday tree or anywhere in the home, office or studio.

Sold individually. Due to the handmade nature of this item, slight variation is expected.

About the Artisans:

We work with a co-op in Kenya, the Gikomba Wood Carving Cooperative, a group of woodcarvers of all ages who work in an open-air workshop in Nairobi. This environmentally-responsible group takes care to legally procure all types of African wood used in their products, and they are skilled at using all parts of the tree in their artwork.
