These exquisite scarves marry locally sourced cotton and silk produced in Ethiopia. They are entirely handcrafted, beginning with the spinning of the thread, all the way to the weaving of the fabric.
Natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and coffee, along with textile dyes are used to produce gorgeous colors. Scarves are accented with lines and dashes, and finished with a hand-knotted fringe.
Scarves are 90% Ethiopian cotton and 10% Ethiopian silk and measure 72"L x 16"W. Due to the handmade nature of this item, slight variation is expected.
